At Fourex, we pride ourselves on being more than just an apparel supplier. With a comprehensive manufacturing network and an in-house production facility at our headquarters, we maintain full control over every step of the process—from design to distribution.
Our dedicated in-house design team excels in creating visually striking apparel concepts, while our skilled technical design operators oversee the operation of our state-of-the-art direct-to-film (DTF) machine, enabling us to produce over 4,000 custom logos daily.
Our UK-based production facility is equipped with five advanced pressing stations, allowing us to efficiently complete up to 3,000 garment presses per day—all performed in-house. This high-capacity setup ensures we can manage even the largest orders with precision and speed.

Our new polyesters are made from 100% recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic chips, flaked from plastic bottles and spun into yarn. The qualities and performance are equal to that of their non-recycled counterparts.
